Pallet Types You Can Request
Partner suppliers in our network carry or build a range of pallet types. Availability varies by supplier and changes day to day, so include the details that matter most in your request.
Recycled Wood Pallets
The most commonly requested option. GMA 48x40 and other standard sizes, usually sold as Grade A, B, or C.
New Wood Pallets
Newly built pallets in standard and custom sizes, in hardwood or softwood. Heat-treated versions can be requested for export.
Plastic Pallets
HDPE and polypropylene pallets for hygiene-sensitive and high-cycle applications, in nestable, stackable, and rackable styles.
Custom Pallets
Pallets built to your dimensions and load requirements. Minimums and lead times are set by the supplier who builds them.
Euro Pallets
800x1200mm Euro pallets for European export and import operations, new or recycled, with ISPM-15 heat treatment on request.
Accessories
Pallet collars, covers, corner protectors, anti-slip pads, and dunnage. Mention them in your request if you need them with your pallets.
How Order Size Affects Price
Each partner supplier sets its own prices, and pricing varies by supplier. In general, though, larger orders cost less per pallet, and delivery is more likely to be included as order size grows.
Small Orders
Standard per-pallet pricing. A delivery fee is common, and will-call pickup may be cheaper.
Bulk Orders
Lower per-pallet pricing is common, and some suppliers include local delivery.
Recurring Orders
Steady monthly volume can support negotiated pricing and a regular delivery schedule.
If you use pallets on a predictable schedule, mention your expected monthly volume in your request. The partner supplier can then discuss a recurring delivery arrangement with you.
Delivery Options
Scheduled Delivery
Delivery on a date agreed with the partner supplier. Charges depend on distance and order size, and larger orders sometimes include delivery.
Urgent Requests
Mark your request urgent and include your deadline. Rush availability depends on the supplier's stock and truck space, and rush runs may cost more.
Will-Call Pickup
Some partner suppliers let you collect pallets from their site, which can save on delivery fees. Ask about this in your request.

You pay the partner supplier directly. Pricing is by quote from partner suppliers and depends on grade, size, quantity and timing. Accepted payment methods and return policies are set by each supplier, so confirm them when you receive your quote.
Know the Grades
Recycled pallets are commonly sold by grade. Grade A pallets have all boards intact with no significant damage. Grade B pallets may show cosmetic wear or repairs but are structurally sound. Grade C pallets suit lighter-duty uses.
