Confirm Your Order
Approve the quote and we will schedule production or pull from stock. For in-stock items, orders confirmed before noon can often ship the same day.
Delivery or Pickup
We deliver on our own trucks throughout San Diego or you can pick up at our yard during business hours. Forklifts available for loading.

Recycled Wood Pallets
Our highest-volume product. GMA 48x40 and other standard sizes in Grade A, B, and C. Always in stock with truckload quantities available for immediate delivery.
New Wood Pallets
Freshly manufactured pallets in standard and custom sizes. Hardwood or softwood. Available with heat treatment for export. Typical lead time of 3-5 business days.
Plastic Pallets
HDPE and polypropylene pallets for hygiene-sensitive and high-cycle applications. Nestable, stackable, and rackable configurations available.
Custom Pallets
Any size, any material, any configuration. Minimum order of just 25 units. Typical turnaround of 5-7 business days from design approval.
Euro Pallets
800x1200mm Euro pallets for European export and import operations. Available new or recycled, with ISPM-15 heat treatment upon request.
Accessories
Pallet collars, covers, corner protectors, anti-slip pads, and dunnage. Add accessories to any pallet order or purchase separately.

Standard Delivery
Scheduled delivery within 1-3 business days of order confirmation. Free for orders of 100 pallets or more within the San Diego metro area. Delivery fee applies to smaller orders and extended service area locations.
Available Mon-Fri, 7 AM - 5 PM
Rush Delivery
Same-day or next-day delivery for urgent needs. Rush fees apply. Subject to truck and inventory availability. Orders placed before noon have the best chance of same-day fulfillment.

Customer Pickup
Pick up from our San Diego yard during business hours. We load your truck with a forklift at no charge. Call ahead to ensure your order is staged and ready for quick loading.

Net 30 Terms
Available for approved business accounts. Invoice upon delivery, payment due in 30 days.
Wire Transfer / ACH
For large orders. Routing details provided upon request.
Credit Application
Businesses that order regularly can apply for a credit account with Net 30 payment terms. This eliminates the need to pay at time of order and simplifies your accounts payable process.
To apply, provide the following: company legal name and address, tax ID number, three trade references, bank reference, and estimated monthly pallet volume. Applications are typically reviewed and approved within 3-5 business days.
Credit limits start at $5,000 for new accounts and increase based on payment history and order volume. Accounts in good standing for 6+ months qualify for extended terms (Net 45) upon request.

Quality Guarantee
Every pallet we sell meets the quality specifications for its assigned grade. Grade A pallets have all boards intact with no significant damage. Grade B pallets may show cosmetic wear but are structurally sound. Grade C pallets are functional for lighter-duty applications.
If any pallet in your order does not meet the grade specification, we replace it at no charge. No arguments, no delays. We stand behind our grading because our reputation depends on delivering what we promise.

Return Policy
We accept returns of unused pallets within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in the same condition as delivered. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Delivery charges on the original order are non-refundable.
Pallets that fail to meet grade specifications are not subject to restocking fees. We replace them free or issue a full credit at your preference.
Custom-built pallets are non-returnable unless they do not meet the approved specifications. We recommend ordering a small sample batch before committing to large custom orders.
