How quickly can I get a quote?

We respond to all quote requests within one business day. For urgent needs, submit the form above and mention your timeline in the message field. We do our best to accommodate rush orders.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. We provide delivery throughout California using our own fleet. Delivery fees depend on distance and order size. Many large orders qualify for free delivery. See our transportation services page for details.

Can you pick up my used pallets?

Absolutely. We offer free pallet pickup for qualifying volumes. We will inspect the pallets on-site and may offer payment for reusable inventory. Visit our sell your pallets page or pallet removal page to learn more.

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no strict minimum. We sell pallets by the unit, by the stack, or by the truckload. That said, delivery is most cost-effective for orders of 50 pallets or more. Do you provide ISPM-15 heat-treated pallets?

Yes. We operate an in-house ISPM-15 certified heat treatment kiln. We can supply pre-treated pallets from stock or heat-treat your existing pallets. Every treated pallet receives the official IPPC compliance stamp. Learn more on our heat treatment page.

Can you build custom-sized pallets?

Absolutely. Our fabrication team builds pallets to any dimension, with custom stringer spacing, block configurations, notching, and deck board patterns. Turnaround is typically 3–5 business days. Check out our custom pallets page for details and request a quote through the form above.

What pallet grades do you offer?

We offer three recycled pallet grades: Grade A (like new, minimal cosmetic wear), Grade B (fully functional, minor cosmetic wear), and Grade C (economy, structurally sound with visible wear, ideal for one-way shipping). Do you offer pallet management programs for large accounts?

Yes. Our enterprise pallet management programs include on-site sorting, scheduled recurring pickups and deliveries, inventory tracking, custom reporting, and a dedicated account manager. Your pallets arrive on our GPS-tracked fleet. The driver will confirm the count, take delivery photos, and place the pallets where you need them on your dock.
