What is the minimum order quantity?

Can I get ISPM-15 heat-treated pallets?
Yes, on request. Partner suppliers that offer heat treatment can supply pallets bearing the IPPC/ISPM-15 stamp. Learn more on our heat treatment page.
Can I order custom-sized pallets?
Yes. Partner suppliers can build pallets to your dimensions, stringer spacing, block configuration, and deck board pattern. Lead times vary. Check out our custom pallets page for details and request a quote through the form above.
What do the pallet grades mean?
Recycled pallets are commonly sold in three grades: Grade A (like new, minimal cosmetic wear), Grade B (fully functional, minor cosmetic wear), and Grade C (economy, structurally sound with visible wear, often used for one-way shipping).
