1. Who We Are

SD Re Pallet ("we," "us") runs the website https://www.sdrepallet.com (the "Site"). The Site is a referral service: it passes pallet quote requests from businesses in San Diego County to partner suppliers in our network, who prepare and fulfil quotes. We do not sell, store, or deliver pallets ourselves. This policy explains what information the Site collects and how it is used.

2. Information You Give Us

When you submit the quote request form, we collect:

  • Your first and last name
  • Email address and phone number
  • Company name, if you provide it
  • City, state, and ZIP or postal code
  • The service, product type, grade, and quantity you are asking about
  • Anything you write in the message field
  • The page you submitted the form from

3. How Your Request Is Used

We use your request only to get you a quote. It is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which we use to receive and route requests, and from there to one or more partner suppliers in our network so they can prepare a quote and contact you about it. Partner suppliers use your details to respond to your request; their own handling of your information is governed by their policies.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. We may disclose it if the law requires us to.

4. Analytics

The Site uses cookieless PostHog analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets no advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites.

5. How Long We Keep It

Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to pass them to partner suppliers and handle follow-up questions about them, and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your request sooner.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, including California under the CCPA/CPRA, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its sale (we do not sell it). We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

7. Children

The Site is meant for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
