The Supplier Follows Up and Quotes
A partner supplier contacts you directly to confirm details and provide a quote. Pricing, availability, and lead times are set by the supplier and vary with size, grade, quantity, and location.
- Ask the supplier how they define each pallet grade
- Confirm whether pickup or delivery is included, and any minimum quantities
- For export pallets, ask for ISPM-15 heat-treated pallets with a visible stamp
- Compare quotes if more than one supplier follows up
The Supplier Handles Fulfilment
If you accept a quote, you deal with the supplier directly. They supply the pallets, collect your surplus or scrap pallets, or arrange delivery, depending on what you agreed.
- Delivery and pickup are arranged by the partner supplier
- Repair, heat treatment, and recycling are available through partner suppliers
- Recurring pickups or deliveries can be discussed with the supplier
What You Can Request
The process is the same whatever you need. Here are the most common types of request.
Buying Pallets
New, recycled, or custom pallets. Tell us the size, grade, and quantity, and a partner supplier can quote on what they have available.
Selling Surplus Pallets
Some suppliers buy usable pallets, especially standard 48×40 sizes in good condition. What they pay, if anything, depends on size, condition, and volume.
Recycling & Removal
Damaged or unwanted pallets can often be collected by a partner supplier for repair, component reuse, or recycling into wood products.
Pickup & Delivery
Transportation is arranged by the partner supplier as part of your quote. Ask about delivery windows and any minimum order size.
Good to Know Before You Accept a Quote
Grades vary by supplier. Grade A, B, and C are common industry terms, but each supplier applies them a little differently. Ask what a grade means for your order, or see our grading guide.
Export pallets need ISPM-15. If your goods are shipping internationally, ask the supplier for heat-treated pallets carrying an ISPM-15 stamp. Our pallet standards guide explains what to look for.
Terms are between you and the supplier. Price, delivery, quality, and any returns or replacements are agreed directly with the partner supplier who fulfils your order.
