These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the https://www.sdrepallet.com website (the "Site"), run by SD Re Pallet ("we," "us"). By using the Site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. A Referral Service Only

SD Re Pallet is a referral service. We do not sell, buy, store, repair, treat, pick up, or deliver pallets. When you submit a request, we pass it to one or more partner suppliers in our network serving San Diego County. Any quote, order, or service is between you and the partner supplier, not us. Submitting a request is free and does not oblige you to buy anything.

3. Partner Suppliers Set the Terms of Any Order

The partner supplier that quotes you sets and is responsible for:

  • Prices, payment terms, deposits, and any fees
  • Product availability, grades, specifications, and treatment
  • Pickup, delivery, scheduling, and lead times
  • Warranties, inspections, returns, refunds, and cancellations

Read the supplier's quote and terms before you accept them. We cannot guarantee that a supplier will be able to respond to or fulfil any particular request.

4. Information on the Site

The guides, size charts, and articles on the Site are general information. They are not professional, engineering, or legal advice, and they may not reflect current regulations. Check current regulations and confirm specifications with your supplier before relying on them.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information in your requests and not to use the Site to send spam, submit requests on someone else's behalf without permission, or interfere with the Site's operation.
